Compare the landed shipment with the contracted specification, lot identity, quantity, COA, manifest, chain of custody and agreed testing tolerances. Arrival sampling follows the agreed protocol; a conflicting result may call for an agreed independent test.
Conforming commodities are final sales under the applicable terms, with no return for convenience. Document material variance, contamination, incorrect goods, shortage or transit damage for review. Acceptance and any funds release follow the signed agreements.
Hardware & ancillary goods
Preserve packaging, serial numbers, affected quantities, photographs and shipment records. Claims may concern transit damage, shortages, dead-on-arrival units, manufacturing defects or written warranty obligations.
